Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer in-person and online counseling?
Both. We provide in-person counseling to clients within the Palm Beach County School District, including at school sites when that’s helpful, plus secure telehealth across the state of Florida. A lot of teens and busy families love skipping the drive and meeting online.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Clarity Counseling is currently in network with Aetna, Ascension (SmartHealth), Carelon Behavioral Health, Florida Blue, Cigna and Evernorth, and Quest Behavioral Health. If you don’t see your plan here, reach out and we’ll talk through your options together.
What's your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You can reschedule or cancel by contacting us directly or logging into your client portal. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee.
What can I expect from counseling at Clarity Counseling?
Honestly, just bring yourself! Therapy here can be fun, freeing, and healing all at once. Our approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, shaped around what you truly need, so you’ll leave each session with practical tools and a little curated homework to keep your growth going.
To make your first visit smooth, please complete your intake forms, consents, and payment at least 24 hours ahead so we have time to review them. Everything’s securely accessible the moment you schedule and saves to your protected client chart.
Do you work with other populations?
Yes. We’re honored to support a wide range of clients. Our practice is open to individuals, couples, and families, and we work with teens, young adults, adults, and children ages 9 to 12, adjusting our approach to fit the developmental and emotional needs of each person.
How long will I be in counseling or therapy?
Every healing journey is personal. Some clients come for short-term counseling around a specific challenge, and others choose longer-term therapy for deeper, lasting growth. We’ll find the right pace together.
